1 cup dates
3 tbs coconut oil
2 tbs sesame seed
2 tbs flax seed
1/3 cup cashews
1/3 cup cacao
1/3 cup oat bran
Put dates and cashew in a bowl of water. Let soak.
Blend oat, cacao, flax seed and sesame seed.
In a food processor, blend dates, cashews and coconut oil until smooth (you can add 1-2 tbs of water).
Now add all the dry ingredients. You can use your hands to blend them together since the consistency will be thick.
You can shape the mixture into balls or flatten out in the bottom of a pan.
Set in the fridge for an hour. (seriously I just ate them right away...)
