BEAVERTAIL DONUTS //
1 1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup oil
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup almond milk
1 egg
Sugar coating :
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
In a bowl, wisk together the wet ingredients, and in another bowl the dry ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients in the dry ingredients bowl and wisk until combined. Fill greased donut tray 3/4 full, bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes. Once cooked, brush warm donuts with butter and dip in sugar mixture. And there you go! Eat up!
