I AM AN ELF / 1

For the month of December I will be sharing a Christmas DIY every week.
First up, the tree garland. This little DIY is very simple.

You will need : Brown paper | Yarn | White acrylic paint | Paint brush | Tape | Glue

Take your brown paper, fold it 4 times and cut out an isoscele triangle. You now have 8 triangles (you will probably have more than you need depending on the length of your garland). Paint a pattern of your choice on each of the triangles (I left some blank). Let them dry. In the meantime, cut a piece of yarn (about 5 feet). Once the paint is dry, glue the triangles on the yarn every 8 inches. Let it dry. Take two pieces of washi tape (or regular tape - you can paint the pieces with acrylic paint) and tape your garland to the wall. And voilà!
